Student Advisory Services
MCG provides Free Advisory Services for Prospective Students located in Southern Africa who wish to enrol in an Australian University or other Tertiary Institutions. It maintains an office in Harare, Zimbabwe and another in Lusaka, Zambia. The Education Services Department of MCG is headed by Mrs. Judith Ward. She is an Australian education professional with over 30 years experience, of which 20 years has been in East and Southern Africa.
MCG represents 24 Australian Universities and Other Tertiary Institutions in Southern Africa. These include Universities and specialist Diploma Colleges in all Australian Mainland States. It provides services to assist them in availing courses for students throughout Southern Africa. These free services include advice on institution and course selection, counselling and mentoring for prospective students. These services have been provided continuously since 1997. 
MCG Office in Harare, ZimbabweMCG in Harare has a spacious suite of offices near the city centre, enabling easy access for students and proximity for both Government and Commercial entities. The office is also near to the Australian Embassy, which facilitates ease of communication with officials in the process of visa issue for students.

Education Consulting Services.MCG provides education consultancy services and marketing services for Australian Tertiary Institutions, Government and Development Projects in Africa.
MCG has provided extensive services to Governments, Development Projects and the Private Sector in South Africa, Mozambique, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, Lesotho, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mauritius, Sudan and Somalia.
Some of the main projects have included:
- For AusAID (Africa), joint implementation and management (with GRM International) of the Australian Development Scholarship Scheme (ADS) in ten African countries. This project manages the awarding of scholarships to 85 African students annually for post-graduate study in Australian universities.
- For AusAID (Africa), joint implementation and management (with GRM International) of the Tracer Study for the ADS project. This project provides monitoring and evaluation of the impact of the ADS project through tracing of returned students and evaluation of their professional progress. Responsible for the role of Team Leader and for supervision of other staff.
- For the Debswana Diamond Company of Botswana, management of activities related to the Debswana Scholarship Scheme in Australia;
- For AusAID (Harare Office), services related to the Screening and Ranking of applicants for ADS support for study in Australia. These services were provided in four consecutive years from 1999;
- For the Botswana Government and University of Botswana, services related to the Identification of Suitable Australian Institutions for Government and University Staff Post-Graduate Training. These services have been provided since 1998 and are continuing;
- For Governments and Government Agencies in Zimbabwe, Sudan, South Africa, Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia and Uganda, service related to the Identification of Suitable Australian Institutions for Government Capacity Building Programs. These services have been provided since 1996 and are continuing;
- For 24 Australian Universities and Other Tertiary Institutions, services related to the marketing of courses for these institutions throughout Southern Africa, and providing course selection, counselling and mentoring for prospective students. These services have been provided continuously since 1997 and are continuing.
